Sexual and Other Unlawful Harassment Policy

NES has a strict policy against all types of workplace harassment, including sexual harassment and other forms of workplace harassment based upon an individual’s protected class, including but not limited to: age, race, color, national origin, ancestry, religion, sex, pregnancy (including childbirth, lactation, and related medical conditions), transgender status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability (physical, mental, intellectual, or learning), genetic information (including testing and characteristics), marital or civil union status, protected veteran status, uniformed service member status, or any other status protected by federal, state, or local laws. All forms of harassment of, or by, employees, vendors, visitors, customers, and clients are prohibited and will not be tolerated.
